Our Table

A Sunday habit, made for every night

Salo means to gather and share a meal — the way our family has eaten for as long as anyone remembers. We took the Sunday feast, put it over live charcoal, and set it down in the Junction.

Everything is cooked to be pulled apart, passed around, and eaten with your hands. Bring people you like.
